"We went on the volcano tour in Hilo with Eric as our guide.  He was extraordinary!  We learned so many things and got to experience far more than what was advertised.  One thing we learned was if you want to see it all and learn lots, be prompt in getting back to the shuttle at the time your guide requests.  Our group was great about that and we got extra benefits because of it!  Thank you Eric!
